General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, PCG does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, or if your order arrives with damage to its contents, contact us at support@purplecitygenetics.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A written description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item(s) and original packaging as received
PCG will review all claims promptly. Verified claims for incorrect or damaged items may be resolved through a replacement or store credit at PCG’s sole discretion. Claims submitted outside the 7-day window will not be eligible for review.
Germination Failure
Germination failure is not covered under this policy. Seeds are sold strictly as collectible genetic material. PCG makes no warranty regarding germination outcomes, and germination failure is not a basis for return, replacement, refund, or store credit under any circumstances.
Opened or Tampered Packaging
No replacement or credit will be issued for seed packs that have been opened, tampered with, or that show evidence of improper storage after delivery. All packaging must be in its original sealed condition for any claim to be considered.
Non-Refundable Fees and Items
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Items purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion are not eligible for refund or replacement unless confirmed incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted prior to shipment by contacting support@purplecitygenetics.com immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been packaged and assigned a tracking number, cancellation may no longer be available.
Out-of-Stock or Unfulfilled Orders
If PCG is unable to fulfill an order due to inventory unavailability, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
