PCG makes no representations or warranties regarding germination rates or outcomes. Seeds are sold strictly as collectible genetic material. Germination viability is not guaranteed and is not a basis for return, refund, or exchange.
3.) No Medical Claims
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
4.) Customer Legal Responsibility
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

- PCG bears no legal responsibility for any consequences arising from your possession, use, or cultivation of purchased products.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. PCG accepts payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to review and acceptance. PCG reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that cannot be verified or that appear to be placed for unlawful purposes.

10.) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PCG and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of our products. PCG’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alameda County, California, except where prohibited by applicable law.
